Life in Babylon: Stories from the Lion’s Den [Manchester edition]

July 17 @ 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

£8

Growing public distrust in the media, fake news and clickbait, crushing deadlines, family and friends we don’t spend enough time with.

Life for a committed Christian working in the media industry can take its toll.

Join us for an evening of networking and sharing stories and ideas, with a panel – chaired by producer and content creator Tim Plyming – who will share their own personal stories, observations and challenges as a Christian working in and alongside the media industry, and answer your questions from the floor.

Our panel of Daniels includes Kate Nicholas (author and former editor of PR Week), Dr Bex Lewis (Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing at Manchester Metropolitan University) with more to announce in the coming weeks.

Join us from 6pm at in the Arts Bar for a welcome drink and canapes, followed by the panel discussion in the Park Avenue Suite. Networking, more food and a cash bar to follow.
