My friend has an etching signed by Frank H. Mason of Le Mont Saint-Michael. There was a 1915 New York newspaper between the art and backing dating the etching. Could you give us some information about the value and authenticity of this etching? Is there someone in the USA that specializes in these etchings? Thank you so much for your help.
