I find the “Next Phone” bit most interesting – IPhone users are VERY satisfied, Blackberry users are cleary not… also the App downloads seems to show that iPhone users actually use the full capabilities of the phone whereas other smartphone users tend not to… backs up what I say about my iPhone (unlike other smartphones) it is first and foremost a pocket web access device/computer – with telephony.

Very good point, I lost my iPhone (insurance doesn’t cover how I lost it), but I decided that it’s such a central part of how I use it that I wasn’t prepared to accept something that didn’t do everything that I’m now used to doing…
