#DigitalParenting: New App Tracks Children's Phone Use #SID2015

There's been a lot of talk about a new app in develop that tracks children everywhere (don't such things already exist?). I'm not convinced - can be some value if you both agree what/why you're doing it, but surely, we need to be teaching responsibility to children.
