This book only took 20-30 mins to read at a quick run through and brought together a strong selection of material on mindfulness, defining values, doing the things you’re meant to. I have a quibble (unsurprising) with the default assumption that tech is a problem/taking away from other activities, but I’ll continue to do work on that & suggest ways that tech is embedded and can enhance, rather than take away. Even covered mindful eating in about 4 screens!
